Client Executive

**What’s the role?**

We currently have an opportunity to join our NSW Consortium agencies team in Sydney as a Client Executive. The role focuses on building strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities and developing account management expertise, with an emphasis on continuous learning and skill development in product knowledge and sales expertise. This is a great opportunity to get started at News Corp and build your career.

You will also be expected to assist the Client Partner in the planning and execution of sales initiatives aimed at specific major accounts.

Key Responsibilities

+ Work closely with the Client Partner to develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to their portfolio.

+ Serve as a contact for clients when needed, addressing inquiries, concerns and issues, ensuring client satisfaction.

+ Monitor sales performance and progress against targets and take proactive measures to address any deviations or obstacles.

+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including client contact information, opportunities, sales activities and communication history.

+ Contribute to a high performance environment and act with clarity on strategy, objectives and deliverables.

+ Assist the Client Partner in identifying and developing tailored solutions to address client needs and challenges.

+ Support the delivery of consistently high quality outputs across client brief responses, including presentations (Google Slides) and client schedules (Google Sheets)

+ Maintain positive relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders

**Who are you?**

+ 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

+ Strong communication, verbal and written skills

+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure, be able to multitask and manage competing priorities

+ Understanding of sales principles & ability to deliver excellent customer service

+ Impeccable time management skills

+ Adaptability to changing environment (new selling solutions, products, ways of working)

+ Previous media experience is desirable
