Securing the largest cleaning and minor maintenance contract that BNE has awarded in its history, we have the pleasure to announce a number of management opportunities.

We are recruiting for an **Operations Manager, **based at Brisbane Airport on a Full-Time basis.

This challenging, but exciting role will see you provide the opportunity for you to show your leadership and management skills overseeing the day-to-day operations across various location at Brisbane Airport.

**The Position**

Reporting to the Key Account Manager you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing the performance of a small supervisory team
- Ensuring employees adhere to health and safety practices
- Timely and effective production of reports against our Client’s KPIs
- Demonstrate leadership skills and integrity to work as a part of a site based management team
- Delivery of excellent customer service
- Delivery of high quality communications to diverse Stakeholders
- Control, monitor and report on costs associated with the contract
- Act in accordance with all the company’s policies and procedures

**Minimum Criteria**
- Experience in a similar role or a similar aviation role
- Ability to understand complex Cleaning and Minor Maintenance contracts and deliver on the key performance areas
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication and management
- Understanding of the Cleaning Industry, Aviation desirable but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presentation and customer service
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight demands
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Demonstrated experience in managing workplace health & safety matters
- Australian Citizen or hold valid Right to Work
- Able to obtain an ASIC (Airport Security Identification Card)
