Mr Curry is expanding in Brisbane with 5 locations, and we’re looking for a hands-on Area Manager to support our stores and store managers in creating a strong, collaborative workplace.

**What You’ll Do**

As Area Manager, you’ll oversee and support the operation of 5 stores in the Brisbane area. Your role will include:

- Visiting stores (around 4 days a week, 2 stores per day)
- Regular check-ins and coaching with store managers and staff
- Monitoring basic store KPIs (sales, labour cost, etc.)
- Checking hygiene and service levels (QSC)
- Helping identify and solve operational issues
- Supporting new store openings when needed

**Who You Are**

We’re looking for someone who:

- Enjoys working with people (a natural listener and communicator)
- Is supportive and approachable to store teams
- Prefers to “work alongside” rather than “give orders”
- Observes the shop floor carefully and proposes small improvements
- Has 2+ years experience in restaurant or retail management
- Has a valid driver’s licence and their own vehicle

**What We Offer**
- Full-time permanent position (6-month probation period)
- Salary**:$70,000-$80,000 + travel allowance ($4,800/year) + performance bonus**
- Flexible work arrangements available
- 38 hours/week (Monday-Friday, occasional weekends)
- Superannuation: 11%
- Annual leave: 4 weeks
