Job Description
The role:
Cater Care is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Chef Manager to lead the daily culinary operations at one of our key sites in Windsor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience while ensuring a well-organised and efficient kitchen environment.

On-site parking is available for your convenience

Roster:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:

  • Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management
  • Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
  • Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
  • Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
  • Ongoing reviews to seasonal menu development
  • Liaise with key stakeholders

Desired Skills And Experience
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
  • Previous experience in kitchen operations and/or site management
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
