We seek a seasoned Property Management leadership professional to be appointed into a Director role within our Real Estate Management Services team.
This is a rare opportunity to work with one of Australia’s largest property owners helping manage the direction of the portfolio whilst partnering with the National Director of ACT Real Estate Management Services to deliver market leading service and exceed expectations for our client and tenant customers.
**You will successfully achieve this by**:
- Manage the sole client portfolio and relationships in accordance with the management agreement.
- Leading a team of property professionals across multiple jurisdictions to position and protect the investment performance of the portfolio, ensuring profitability through diligent and professional management.
- Developing and maintaining deep-seated client relationships across various disciplines.
- Promote effective asset management, ensuring team members are proactive, engaged and managing the client’s portfolio responsibly, competently and aligned with the client’s corporate and asset strategies.
- Facilitating resources, both in-house and outsourced, promoting an overall team effort to maintain services and resolve property issues.
**Qualifications**
- 8+ years’ experience in Commercial Property Management. Experience with institutional grade clients and assets essential.
- Relevant ACT accreditation to provide real estate management advice.
- A thorough understanding of leasing practices, legislation, Commonwealth government processes, commercial property management fundamentals and terminology.
- Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends.
- Market leading client relationship management experience.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record in building and managing high performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Previous use of MRI management system (or similar) is highly regarded.
