Are you ready to take the next step in your automotive career? We're on the lookout for a driven and passionate **Assistant Used Vehicle Sales Manager** to join our high-performing team at **Osborne Park Kia and MG** and help lead the charge in delivering an exceptional sales experience.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assist the Used Vehicle Sales Manager in day-to-day operations of the sales department.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Ensure that the sales team provides exceptional customer service and maintains a high level of product knowledge.
- Assist in managing inventory and coordinating vehicle deliveries.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to make informed decisions on pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Participate in sales training and development programs for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist in closing sales deals.
- Uphold dealership standards and policies while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A genuine passion for the automotive industry
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- A results-driven, self-motivated mindset with a hunger to succeed
- A professional, well-presented approach and a positive attitude
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
- Availability to work late Wednesday nights and every Saturday morning
- A current and valid WA driver’s licence
- A valid Yard Manager’s licence
