Hatch is supporting Jarden to find a great Analyst, Investment Banking (Energy & Infrastructure) to join their Banking and Investment team. **About the role at Jarden**

As an Analyst in Jarden’s Energy and Infrastructure Investment Banking team you will support in the delivery of high-quality advice and transaction outcomes for our clients. You will report into the Head of Energy and Infrastructure and collaborate with other members of the Investment Banking team, as well as clients and other stakeholders.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Due Diligence - Manage due diligence processes to ensure that all relevant information is identified and evaluated
- Investment Advisory and Negotiation - Negotiate and advise on deals and contracts with clients and other stakeholders, including the structure of the investment, terms of transaction and any legal agreements involved
- Client/Investor Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors, providing ongoing support throughout the transaction lifecycle
