**Customer Service Manager - Primary Processing**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This is a **NEW** opportunity. As Customer Service Manager - Primary Processing, your main responsibilities will be to champion and lead the customer experience excellence across the KGF AU group and leading the Customer Service team to provide best in class service our customers.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have previous experience working within a customer service environment, and possess the knowledge of how to lead teams and set up practices to cover:

- Ownership of the customer service process
- Order to Bill (O2B) elements of the customer journey
- Continuous Improvement programme that demonstrates progression towards best in-class customer experience
- Management of the customer & consumer feedback process, including successful resolution of customer complaints and claims
- Training and development of the Customer Service team

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**

You will have:

- 4+ years’ experience in a Customer Service Function
- Leadership role in Customer Service teams, or similar
- Degree qualification
- People leadership & development
- Experience with relevant digital systems (ERP)CAAT experience
