We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in a full-time capacity.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, the Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation is maintained in all guest rooms and public areas and provides service in accordance with the hotel standards.

**The role**:

- Ensure high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the accommodation units and public areas.
- Supervise, manage, and train housekeeping staff.
- Allocation of duties to the housekeeping staff members on a daily basis.
- Attend to guest’s housekeeping enquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Report any maintenance related issues in the guest suites for immediate action.
- Effective management of housekeeping supplies (laundry, guest supplies, etc.)

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Proven experience in a hospitality environment in a supervisory or managerial capacity in a hotel or serviced apartments with 150 rooms or more.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a large team.
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Understanding of the Work Health and Safety requirements and compliance.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
