Room Attendant

We take our housekeeping standards seriously. So, we’re searching for Part Time Room Attendants with an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for perfection to make sure every guest enjoys a truly memorable experience.

In this role you will make sure our newly renovated rooms and suites are always fresh and welcoming for our guests after a busy day - creating a haven for them to escape and relax in or get a bit of last minute work done. You'll be passionate about maintaining the overall cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring it meets the brand standards and satisfies guest expectations.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

- Making sure every single room is at its absolute best for our guests
- Helping our guests in any way you can - whether they’ve forgotten their toothbrush or just need to find the elevator
- Keeping your supervisor in the loop by advising them of any progress or problems
- Monitoring and controlling supplies to minimise waste
- Doing your best to reunite guests with any lost or misplaced items
- Regularly assisting with deep clean projects

What We need from you;
- Previous experience in Housekeeping is desirable but not essential
- A good team player and an ability to work collaboratively
- Fitness - you will be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling
- Strength - you will need to lift, push and pull big objects like beds, luggage, bags, up to 23 kg
- Excellent personal presentation
- Flexible attitude to shifts - you may be required to work nights, weekends and/or holidays
- Good communication skills
- An exceptional eye for detail and a passion for perfection to make sure every guest enjoys a truly memorable experience.
