Are you a highly motivated, organized, and self-sufficient individual with a passion for healthy living and the ocean? Our surf and yoga retreat in beautiful Sumba, Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our off-grid resort.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the retreat, including transportation logistics.
- Maintain an organized booking system and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle accounting, payroll, and ordering supplies.
- Foster a positive atmosphere for guests and staff, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Ensure the retreat operates in alignment with sustainable practices, permaculture, and healthy lifestyle values.
- Proficient in **English**(spoken and written)
- Proficient in **Indonesian** (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-sufficient with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Interest in **ocean activities**, **surfing**, **yoga**, and/or **sustainable living** (permaculture, off-grid living).
- Previous experience in hospitality management is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of initiative.

- **1 day off per week**, and at the end of every 3-month cycle, **1 week of paid vacation**.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-year commitment (with option to extend).
- Proven leadership and management experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse team.
