Enjoy the flexibility to work on your terms while helping homes sparkle **Your Role**: Focus on expanding our team and delivering exceptional service in both domestic and commercial cleaning across various locations in Perth, particularly North of the River (e.g., Dianella, Subiaco, Shenton Park, North Perth, Wembley, Yokine, Mt Hawthorn, Woodlands, Stirling, Maylands, Bedford and more). **Work Schedule**: Choose your ideal days between Monday and Friday, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You should be available to work at least 3 days a week. **Competitive Pay and Benefits** **Trial day 1 (Unpaid) -**Demonstrateyour cleaning skills for one hour under supervision. **Trial day 2 (Paid - $32.31/hour + Super)**-Complete cleaning a house within a couple of hours under supervision. **Training Period**: $32,31/hour + Super (Between 2 - 6 weeks, depending on your performance. 10-20 hours/week). **Post-Training to become a Leader & Trainer**: Starting at $35/hour + Super (10-20 hours/week), with the potential to earn up to $40/hour based on performance and commitment. **Potential to become a manager starting at $40 + super** **What We Provide**: **Comprehensive training -** We offer full training to become a leader and trainer. **All cleaning products, equipment, and uniforms** **Workers' compensation insurance** **Motor vehicle allowance & paid travel time -**You are required to use your car **Superannuation** for long-term financial stability **We’re seeking someone who**: **Has more than 3years of experience as a professional domestic cleaner.** is **Passionate** about cleaning, tidying, and organising, and has an eye for detail. is dedicated to **helping others** both clients and team members. is committed to a **long-term role** (More than 6 months). **lives close** **to or within**our working areas in Perth. is comfortable around animals. is **Positive, responsible, polite, friendly, and reliable**. is good at customer service and caring for members. is flexible with hours and ready to adapt. is **A non-smoker**, **physically fit**. **To Apply, You’ll Need**: - Your **reliable car** and a valid **driver’s license**. - **Live within or near our service areas.** - A **smartphone**. - A **current police clearance** (or ability to obtain one). **-Australian working rights**.
