**Broker Assistant Full-time Job Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for the following tasks: Assisting brokers in various aspects of their daily tasks, including but not limited to:

- Pre-assessment - Preparation work before loans enter the credit team.
- Efficient and effective communication, collecting loan information and documents in the shortest time possible, and preparing submission work.
- Actively and comprehensively communicating with the credit team to ensure no omission of client information and to ensure the quality of loan submissions.
- Updating clients on loan status in a timely manner.
- Customer service - addressing customer needs before, during, and after the loan process.
- Keeping workflow constantly updated in real-time.
- Collaborating with the credit team to ensure compliance.
- Working closely with brokers, agents, and other staff to achieve team goals and objectives

**Qualifications**:
If you meet the following requirements, we sincerely welcome your joining:

- One year or more of experience as a broker assistant and customer servicer.
- Excellent English communication skills, capable of fluent communication with bank credit teams, solicitors, and accountants.
- Demonstrated service-oriented mindset, with polite and efficient communication aimed at solving customer problems.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate within the team.
- Resilience, able to maintain an optimistic and positive attitude and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with bank training and training teams effectively.
