We are a growing car dealership that also specialises in sourcing vehicles from overseas for clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to website and social media inquires.
- Provide quotation for vehicle imports
- Assist the sales team in preparing and organising vehicle displays and showroom
- Support the sales team in preparing and processing sales paperwork
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised showroom and lot
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of automotive industry a plus

Work Schedule:
Full-time Monday
- Friday.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
