Speed Lending is a new start mortgage broking company in North Sydney. We have accredited representatives of Connective aggregator. Our branch manager is the top 1 senior lending manager in the past three years during her 6 years of mortgage broking journey. Our operating manager has 15 years of service and organisation experience across several industries to connect people to work together in a happy and healthy environment.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Looking for someone who can speak Mandarin
- Strong numerical skills
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Mandarin and English
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in
- Whole MS Office suite
- Have a high standard of customer service
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- A great team player who is enthusiastic, positive and willing to get in there and ‘get the job done
- A ‘go getter’ that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment who can meet tight deadlines, and can perform well under pressure

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Assisting and providing general day-to-day administrative support to team members
- Be a point of contact for loan enquiries both online and over the phone.
- Communicate with clients updating them on the process
- Checking loan and compliance documents to ensure completion / all is in order
- Communicate and liaise with internal divisions of the business (internal clients)
