**About The Role**

We are looking for a permanent full time Asset Integration Manager to manage and coordinate all operational requirements to ensure a seamless handover, this coordination commences at the development phase of the project to ensure that the requirements are clear and concise and are articulated in the final contract.

Your day-to-day:

- Develop standard templates for tender phase and contract inclusion; this may vary from a technology perspective.
- Coordinate interfaces from a brown field asset with an incumbent asset that may have a closure plan which needs to be strongly considered.
- Identification of continuous improvement opportunities in field of practice via personal action and team engagement

**Is this you?**

To be considered for this role you will showcase a passion for renewable project and asset development, and the ability to build exceptional relationships with their peer group, direct reports, the extended Generation and Development lead team, and all internal and external stakeholders.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in power generation, with 3 years of that being in Renewables or storage
- Demonstrable people and cultural leadership delivery of team engagement outcomes
- Availability for frequent interstate travel.
