Join one of Australia’s most premium, privately owned Property Development groups, with an incredible diversified portfolio of projects. This business is known for being fast-paced, with a hardworking and very down to earth team that filters down from senior leadership.

You will be working with the Head of Marketing, who directly reports to the CEO, to plan, create and execute brand strategies and outcomes (with support from an in-house team of creatives, PR, digital and communications) on the Development Project Portfolio. You will drive storytelling to highlight the expertise in delivering outstanding places for communities

**Your daily duties will include**:

- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to generate fresh, energetic, and exciting content and campaigns for all projects as acquired with creativity as your main driver
- Produce & refresh branding for the various projects, working side by side with the expert in-house graphic design team (This is a large part of your position)
- Curate and manage fresh content for all company websites
- Strategic input and planning for digital output including social media channels and advertising
- Engage external agencies, where necessary, to deliver outstanding results in marketing campaigns and events
- Utilise your strong writing skills, delivering engaging content for a range of audiences
- Focus on content to create a stronger understanding of the brand and the business purpose
- Oversee the organisation and execution of events aligning with project launches, media conferences and sponsorships

**To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes**:

- 5 + years’ experience in Marketing, driving brand creation, design and campaigns
- Proven ability and success in the implementation of marketing campaigns
- Experience within Property Development/Real Estate, Construction, or related industries required across Projects and Corporate initiatives
- Residential Project Marketing experience highly regarded
- Qualifications in Marketing/Digital Media/Communications/ PR or similar preferred
- Ability to analyse market and sales data, to draw insights, develop actions and improve the effectiveness of campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a “finisher”
- Experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing tactics, and Digital Content Development beneficial
- Strong relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills
