**Job Description**:
This full-time opportunity exists for an experienced digital marketing professional who has the expertise to drive customer acquisition and digital marketing strategies to deliver strong commercial outcomes and brand growth.
The focus of this role will be to drive leads, acquisition and revenue for the evo business to both trade and retail customers with a portion of your focus supporting Haircare’s activities with other brands in Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager for the group, responsibilities include:
- Drive engagement, growth and ROI through digital marketing channels such as Performance Marketing, Paid Social and Affiliates.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between digital, brand and sales teams while managing activity with external agency partners.
- Develop digital marketing campaigns, initiatives, activities, and content - ensuring these are delivered on strategy, on time and on budget.
- Drive the strategy, development and optimisation of paid social campaigns, collaborating with content teams to ensure a strong ROAS and brand growth
- Develop B2B lead generation pipeline and strategy to collaborate with distributors and salons to accelerate B2B growth.
- Deliver insightful, data-driven reporting and learnings from all activity and share these insights and learnings with the wider team, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
**We are seeking someone who has the following skills and experience**:
- Minimum 4-6 years’ experience driving growth and revenue through digital marketing roles
- Experience driving digital marketing activity for ecommerce brands
- Proven proficiency in managing campaign delivery and agency relationships
- High level of exposure, interest and understanding across current and emerging digital marketing trends and best practice
- Broad spectrum of B2B and B2C digital marketing channel experience
- A collaborator by nature with excellent interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and work productively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-developed organization and project coordination skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work and follow through on set tasks.
- Comfortable with numbers, data and well-developed multi-channel campaign analysis skills.
- Curious, innovative and always looking for ways to generate stronger results.
- Background in beauty, consumer goods and/or FMCG is beneficial
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor of Management or Bachelor of Commerce/Marketing
