6-month contract opportunity to support various org-wide change imitatives at NSW Gov Agency
**Your new company**
You will be working for a large NSW Government Agency based in Burwood. This organisation has been awarded $76 billion of investment over the next 4 years for technology driven projects - so plenty of opportunity
**Your new role**
With support of the Change Practice Lead and another Senior Change Manager, you will be delivering a suite of end to end practice initiatives including lifting change capability, Organisational wide delivery, and training. You will be supporting with a large Technology Uplift including new ways of working and process / system change at an enterprise level.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be a Change Manager with experience in delivering organisational wide change initiatives and capability uplift within large organisations. You will have excellent communication / stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in delivering SAP / Microsoft Dynamics / SharePoint is desirable but not essential.
**What you'll get in return**
You will gain a 6 month contract with view to extend a further 6 months and will earn $1000 per day + super. You will be part of a supportive, collaborative team and will Enjoy a hybrid work environment.
