**Your role**:
**You will have the opportunity to**:

- Provide high quality technical accounting advice under IFRS and US GAAP across multiple sectors
- Provide technical accounting advice on pre deal accounting assessments/structuring and post deal implementation of accounting arrangements
- Manage the delivery of complex projects including project management, key client deliverables, client reports and presentations, and liaise with senior leadership and external advisors
- Be involved in pre
- and post-deal finance and accounting operations
- Design and implement governance frameworks across our client’s end to end financial and regulatory processes
- Analyse risk and advise on the design of controls across complex business processes
- Perform data analysis to understand data quality and to inform and support robust decision making for our clients

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications including CA or equivalent, coupled with relevant experience in audit, advisory or assurance in Professional Services or in industry
- Strong understanding of the AASB framework, potentially with experience in implementing accounting standards changes
- Prior experience in a deals environment with large transactions involving both pre deal accounting assessments/structuring and post deal implementation of accounting arrangements
- Experience in leading teams and providing training and guidance to build performance
