**About the role**

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. In this newly created role, you will support the Chief Finance Officer and the broader Finance and Strategy leadership team. This will see you drive our strategic vision and initiatives by managing key operational and strategic matters. You will act as a strategic partner, connector, and conduit between employees, senior leaders, executives, and key stakeholders. Your primary focus will be to enhance the efficiency of time, information, and decision-making processes within our business operations.

Day to day, you'll:

- Navigate complex business situations and support strategic initiatives.
- Manage operations to boost efficiency.
- Build trust and influence at all management levels.
- Develop strong relationships with executive leaders and external stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and speaking, to convey key messages to various audiences.
- Juggle strategic and tactical priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Offer practical advice to execs, the Board, and committees.
