Our Group Facilities and Asset Services business has an opportunity for **Cleaning Services Manager**for the Metro Trains Cleaning contract. You will provide front line management and supervision of cleaning activities across a portfolio within the MTM contract.

The Cleaning Services Manager position is therefore required to develop effective working relationships with both the client and the contract team ensuring the successful delivery of all operational cleaning projects.

**What you’ll bring**
- Proven experience in the supervision of multisite cleaning operations under a commercial arrangement.
- Experience working in a professional cleaning capacity, with experience in commercial contract management preferred,
- A solid understanding of the adherence to Key Performance measures.
- Understanding of integrated facilities contracts and statutory obligations.
- An understanding of contemporary HR principles and practices, including WH&S and Industrial Relations law and regulations including relevant awards and enterprise agreements.A qualification in Cleaning Operations is desirable, or tertiary qualifications in a business or commerce related discipline (or demonstrated equivalent professional training and experience).
