Due to significant growth, we're on the hunt for acollaborative,confident, innovative, and experienced Category Managerto join our dynamic team and lead the development, delivery, and performance of our store offering across our network of APCO Service Stations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drivingstore category growththrough setting the strategy
  • Makingdata-leddecisions and innovating through product ranging decisions
  • Managingmulti-site operations, rolling out new product and offers to different store formats
  • Analysingproduct performance, customer trends, and competitor activity
  • Collaborating onmarketing, pricing, and range strategies
  • Establish a refreshed look and feel for new and refurbished sites that will help reshape how convenience looks

What We're Looking For:

  • A truly experienced Category Manager - someone who loves products and knows what works
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Proven experience in FMCG, QSR and/or convenience retail
  • Experience across multi-site store operations
  • Innovative thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
  • Values relationships and is a great communicator
  • Critical thinker and awesome at solving problems – think outside the box
