We do this by harnessing the power of media in all its forms to create profitable customer growth for our clients. It has been an exciting couple of years collaborating together, building a consistent culture and immersing ourselves in working with a mix of skills, personalities and cultures. **The Opportunity**: The Performance Executive is tasked with implementing impactful performance marketing programs that drive client growth. In this role, you will refine your technical skills while also developing management and client relationship abilities. **A snapshot of what you'll do**: - Develop weekly campaign insights and optimisation recommendations for all live activities. - Ensure all required tags / pixels are implemented correctly - Deliver accurate media plans for client approval. - Ensure all budgets and invoices have been loaded correctly in accordance with the invoicing process. - Active participant in all internal and relevant external WIPs. - Deliver to client KPIs & Objectives through ongoing tracking and optimisation. - Actively manage challenges and issues of delivery and ensure timely escalation. - Take ownership over the delivery of all client approved targets, on time & within budget. - Support team to prepare recommendations with data, analysis and insights. - Develop excellent relationships with all stakeholders including publishers, platforms, technologies and data partners and demonstrate best in class behaviour in partner engagement. - Plus much more **Skills & Attributes**: - Ability to work with internal and external deliverables and manage own workloads. - Relentless curiosity of your clients business and in depth understanding of their competitive set. - Demonstrates excellence in foundational skills, including organisation, strong attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication abilities. - Capable of building strong relationships with day-to-day client teams. - Exhibits passion for the local and global performance marketing industry, with a broad understanding of the media landscape. **Your ideal experience**: - Prior experience with performance marketing technology across search, DSP, ad-serving platforms, and analytics and measurement tools. - Successfully delivers on client campaign objectives and KPIs. - Understands and has practical experience using industry and proprietary tools. - Holds certifications in Google Ads & Display, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, The Trade Desk Edge Academy, and MFA Television & Digital Foundation. **M&C Saatchi Group Ambition**: As part of the M&C Saatchi Group we come together to realise BIG AMBITIONS.
