**The Role**

Do you love live events and are looking for a role in digital marketing?

The Ticketek Marketing and Digital team provides unrivalled expertise to deliver cross-channel marketing campaigns to amplify event awareness and drive ticket sales.

As a Performance Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta and other platforms. You will work closely with our internal teams and clients to develop strategies that maximise ROI and achieve client objectives.

As Performance Executive will be able to do things like:

- Campaign Setup: Create, set up, and launch paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and other platforms as required.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and negative keywords to optimise ad spend.
- A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options to improve campaign performance.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyse campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations to optimise campaigns further.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to implement the latest strategies effectively.

To success in this role you will have:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or other performance platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications in Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms are a plus.
