In response to this growth and in line with positive organisational transformation, they are now seeking a Head of Clinical Quality who will oversee the clinical quality function for a new, national business unit.

A newly created role, the Head of Clinical Quality will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services. This will involve working closely with clinical teams to identify and address quality gaps, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

You will:

- Oversee the development and implementation of a new Quality Management System
- Review safety and quality performance to ensure appropriate infrastructure and support exists to identify clinical risks as well as opportunities for improvement
- Lead a national team of Quality Partners, providing functional oversight and supporting the implementation of processes and systems that ensure safe, high quality care is maintained

You will actively manage, report and improve the safety and quality of care for customers while driving improvements in performance that positively impact the customer experience.

We are looking for the following:

- Extensive experience in clinical quality and in-depth understanding of healthcare quality regulations and standards
- Strong technical understanding of incident management, investigations and end-to-end case management and oversight
- Ideally, strong in project management and demonstrated experience in leading and driving change across a broad and complex healthcare environment
