**The Opportunity**

Come and join our existing, friendly payroll team where you will learn end-to-end payroll processes and provide excellent customer service to our employees

Reporting to our Payroll Manager, this position is located at our head office in Dandenong with modern, contemporary office facilities, free on-site parking, access to public transport and easy freeway access. **This is a permanent full-time position within a highly secure, industry leader who provides an essential service to Melbourne.**

Working within a small payroll team, you and your team will be responsible for processing pay’s for up to 1700 employees across various departments and sites within the organisation. It doesn’t end there. maintaining employee’s details, ensuring accuracy of data, answering payroll related queries, preparing month end reports and reconciliations, and partnering with the business are all a part of this true end to end payroll position which will see your week fly by

As you settle into your role you will be supported by your payroll manager and your team and provide relevant training to ensure you can feel confident and assured that you have the knowledge to perform your role at your best.

- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the desire for a long-term career in payroll.
- High level of numeracy/ accountancy skills
- Ability o handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Confident mature character with the ability to work with all levels of stakeholders.
- Self-starter with can do attitude.
