**The Role**
As a Research Executive you will work from design to delivery on a strategic program for one of Australia’s leading grocery retailers. This is an integral and complex program, spanning various business challenges such as brand, customer experience, and pricing. You will have the opportunity to turn your hand to every aspect of the project, developing your quantitative research and analysis capabilities, getting close to the client, and building upon your industry knowledge. Outside of this you will also have the opportunity to work on other clients and adhoc projects, predominantly in the financial services and retail space.

As your confidence with clients and technical research capabilities build, you will see yourself progress to Senior Executive, Manager level and beyond. You will have numerous peers to bounce ideas off of (and socialise with), as well as industry leading experts in senior positions who will work closely with you and mentor you as you grow.

**About you**
- You will have some experience (ideally agency) working on commercial quant research projects
- Experience in survey design, data analysis and putting together insights stories
- Experience using Q or SPSS
- A genuine passion for data and consumer insights
- You will be excited to work in consultative way with high-profile brands
- Down to earth, smart, strategic - all words you would use to describe yourself
