CREATE is a vibrant team of cross functional specialists that exist in one place to deliver compelling solutions designed for our clients to connect with our audience, wherever they are.

This is a full-time position and will be a Maternity Leave cover for 12 months.

In this role, you will work alongside the Research Manager and Insights Strategist to deliver expert audience insights to National Sales and Campaign teams to positively influence revenue growth (across all our audio platforms).

Your experience will position you amongst key stakeholders and clients as a credible advisor and research expert. You will need to consistently deliver to agreed benchmarks for quality and demonstrate your superior attention to detail in everything you do.

To be considered for this role you will be highly skilled and passionate with:

- 3+ years’ experience in a Research team within the Media / Broadcasting industry, Client side or Research agency
- Passionate and committed to developing and implementing quality insights for clients and stakeholders
- Experience in quantitative survey design and analysis
- Ability to take ownership of projects from end to end
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- And the following technical competencies:

A thorough understanding of market research methodologies and principles
- Practical experience with an enterprise research / community management platform e.g. Vision Critical, Sparq, Qualtrics Research Core
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
