A fantastic opportunity for a skilled Accounts Receivable Officer to join a WA State Government department.

**Your new company**
We have partnered with a dynamic and busy industrial government department based in the South Perth to assist in their search for a skilled Accounts Receivable Officer. This role requires you to be immediately available and have fulltime working availability. In addition, this organisation has ample onsite car parking.

**Your new role**
Solely responsible for receivables, your duties will include but not limited to:

- Receipting of cash, cheques, credit card payments, EFT transactions
- Input of receipts, invoices, and credit notes into Oracle
- Checking other Oracle data input
- Petty Cash administration
- Receipting Queries
- Revenue Refunds
- Suspense Account Administration
- Preparing Journals

**What you'll need to succeed**
Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role is essential, as is:

- Receipting skills across various forms of payment
- Demonstrate knowledge on the use of oracle system
