As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Call Centre Sales Manager to lead our enrolments team and ensure that every family’s first interaction with us is a positive, welcoming experience.

**Role Overview**
As the Call Centre Sales Manager, you’ll lead our enrolment team, ensuring high performance, effective sales strategies, and exceptional customer service. You’ll play a pivotal role in meeting our enrolment targets, optimising processes, and delivering a first-class experience to every family.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Team Leadership & Development**: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of enrolment officers. Provide ongoing support and training to ensure success and professional growth.
- **Sales & Enrolments Management**: Oversee daily operations, ensuring effective management of leads and high conversion rates to enrolments. Drive enrolment pipeline management and follow-up strategies.
- **Customer Experience & Quality Assurance**: Uphold Little Zak’s customer service standards, ensuring clear communication and empathy with every family. Handle complex enquiries and resolve customer concerns with a focus on positive outcomes.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Leverage CRM and data tools to track team performance, analyse enrolment trends, and present insights to senior leadership to refine strategies.
