Our client is a luxury health and lifestyle club, and we looking for an energetic and driven Sales Manager who thrives on taking an active role in their work. If you have a track record of success in sales management you could be the perfect fit. Your ability to develop and execute sales strategies while inspiring a team will be crucial in this role.
As the Sales Manager, your primary focus will be to lead, mentor, and grow the membership sales team, ensuring thats sales targets and exceeded are met. You will organise events to drives sales and new business and cooperate with other internal teams to manage this. A genuine passion for working with people and strong leadership skills are essential.
Reporting directly to the Club's General Manager and Group Sales Manager, this position offers real potential for career advancement within the business.
About you:
- Proven success as a Sales Manager
- Experience building and managing a team
- Experience implementing and monitoring sales strategies
- Understanding or interest in the fitness industry
