We are seeking a Site Supervisor for our main contractor client who has experience in doing pavement rehabilitation and stabilisation projects.
**Main Duties**:
Your main duties include, but are not limited to:
- Controlling all aspects of the construction works, keeping the project adequately resourced with plant and materials.
- Monitoring and controlling all aspects of H&S.
- Controlling and managing specialist sub-contractors.
- Keeping accurate records of production.
- Providing reports on works completed.

**About You**:
- 5+ years experience in production & supervisory role, and ideally have come from a trade or operator background originally.
- Previous work history with a main contractor company on smaller to medium scale project sizes.
- Ideally managed multiple workforces generally across medium-sized projects totalling up to $30-40m.
- Extensive commitment and understanding to all matters relating to H&S and the Environment.
- Demonstrated experience in directing and managing your labour force to achieve the desired outcome, keeping in mind commercial constraints.
- Previous experience in managing specialist sub-contractors and self-performing works, with hands-on experience.
**Benefits**:
- Competitive salary between $140k - $155k + super + travel uplift, dependent on experience.
