Be a part of a growing and leading company in a broad generalist HR lead role where you play a key role in the delivery of HR services.
**Human Resources Manager**
Our client is a leader in their specialist field, offering comprehensive solutions to the mining & construction industries with projects worldwide and a massive presence in the north of Western Australia.
Reporting to the National HR Manager, and working closely with the WA Operations GM, you'll lead a small team of 5 that includes advisory, learning & development, recruitment, ER/IR and employee wellbeing.
Located on the outskirts of the Perth CBD where free parking is available. There's flexible working arrangements and you'll get to travel to site/s from time to time too.
**About You;**
- Tertiary qualifications in HR/IR, Employment Law or relevant discipline
- Strong HR Generalist background, with a minimum of 10 years' experience
- Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and experience in understanding Enterprise Agreements
- A flair for ER/IR
- Experience in training or a training business would be advantageous
- Experience delivering HR best practice in a blue and white collar business
