**INBOUND OPERATOR**

Our client is a multinational world leading freight forwarding and logistics service provider. It provides personalized SCM/Logistics solutions aligned with the varying needs of companies based on its own integrated Supply Chain & Logistics solution. Depending on the customers’ needs, various solution combinations are offered which ensures a steady information exchange among the solutions and connections within the systems. As Inbound Operator you will monitor and perform operation and billing related duties and perform monthly closing.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- File pre-Alert and evidence docs and validate
- Run and manage In-transit List (Internal Master File)
- Verify Ship Information
- File customs declaration and transfer
- Monitor the status of shipments (Track and Trace)
- Update tracking information onto the system
- Duty payment verification and customs clearance Monitoring
- Ordering Truck interval and Monitoring plan and actual time
- Booking, monitoring daily deliveries and coordinating with the transport team
- Work closely with the client’s customer service team
- Truck W/H arrival Monitoring / Confirm and Managing GR (Good Receive)
- Validate billing information and update/adjust info on the system
- STO (Stock Transfer Order) / Export shipments Management
- Managing and Monitoring service provider performance (KPI)
- Regular reporting to Operation manger

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience working in 3PL / freight forwarding industry (essential)
- Understanding of Australian Customs process
- Intermediate Office Suite skill (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Proven communication skills with highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
