**Your New Opportunity**:
A **full time, fixed term **opportunity has arisen for an experienced **Service Administrator** to join our **Marine** **Defence team, located in Henderson, WA.** This is an important role supporting our Operations team as we continually strive to deliver an outstanding level of service to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, providing exceptional customer service whilst providing administration and project support to the operations team, reporting directly to the Project Manager Marine Defence.

Flexible working arrangements may be considered for the right applicant - part time, or full time hours.

**What you will do**:

- Provide general adminsitrative and office management support to the Defence team.
- Collate daily timesheets, leave forms and maintain Defence team calendar.
- Coordinate security access, inductions and training.
- Assist with CAPEX submissions, OSH reviews and audits as required.
- Manage minor purchasing, including raising POs, reciepting goods and managing stationary orders.
- Manage onsite documentation including report templates, job packs for projects, JSAs and work instructions.
- Compile reports for project updates in a timely manner for submission to project management.

**About you**:

- Have knowledge of general office procedures with a minimum of 5 years administration or clerical experience;
- Demonstrated advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint);
- Have exceptional customer service skills and prior experience in a service environment is desirable;
- Understanding of basic service department operations;
