**Your New Opportunity**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Administrator to support our friendly Marine team in **Henderson**. As the **Service Administrator** you will get the opportunity to work on site with Navy ships providing general and administrative support to the technicians. Reporting to the **Project Manager**, your responsibilities will include co-ordinating day-to-day administration and project duties for the defence team.

**About you**
- Great sense of humour
- Excitement to work and see navy ships everyday
- Knowledge of general office procedures with minimum of 2 years clerical administration desirable
- Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate information in a positive and accurate manner, i.e. clear, logical, helpful, prompt, to both clients and fellow employees.
- Capable of working without supervision.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
