**Ray White | Commercial Bayside** is looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic
**Sales Administrator** to act as the administrative backbone to our Principal, Nathan Moore and our elite Sales team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the administration aspects of the sales and leasing processes from database management, listing and sales transactions (including Sales Trust management), through to after sales service.

Experience in real estate administration is highly desirable but not essential. We'd love to hear from all administration specialists who have relevant and transferable skills.
**Your duties will include**:
- Organisation and collaboration with sales agents to ensure the administration tasks pertaining to the sales and leasing workflow are completed proactively and to a consistently high standard;
- Providing general day to day administrative support to the sales team;
- Diary and inbox management;
- Gathering and directing general enquiries for agents;
- Conducting customer call backs;
- Assisting with generating business opportunities;
- Data entry and database management;
- Assisting with the organisation of both team and client meetings;
- Assisting with the organisation and creation of marketing campaigns and materials;
- Development, documentation and implementation of business processes;
- Auction preparation and assisting with inspections;
- Report management and preparation;
- Scheduling;
- Market research;
- Risk compliance - managing risks within the agency and with clients;
- Conducting general office administration duties;
- Uphold professional standards; and
- Providing exceptional customer service.
