In this role, you will design and implement data pipelines, transform data to meet new system requirements, and ensure data integrity and compliance throughout the migration process.

You will work closely with the project team to ensure migration activities align with timelines and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review existing data structures and map data from legacy systems to the cloud environment.
- Design and develop future-state data models for the new CRM system architecture.
- Implement and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for secure and efficient data migration.
- Perform data transformation and cleansing to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Conduct thorough data validation and testing to ensure accuracy post-migration.
- Prepare documentation, maintain migration records, and provide regular status updates on progress and issues.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in data engineering and migration, especially with CRM data.

- Solid technical skills in SQL and data transformation tools.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex data migration projects, ideally within government or large corporate settings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
