Synergy Group is seeking expressions of interest for an experienced **Data Migration Manager/Architect **to join our team.
To be considered for this position, you must be an **Australian Citizen** with the ability to or hold a current AGSVA Security Clearance.
**Skills Required**:

- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering data migration solutions and strategy;
- Ability to make solution level decisions and analysis of impacts to our clients business;
- Leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative working environment conducive to successful migration outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of both SAP and Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) data models and architecture;
- Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee migration projects from start to finish;
- Thorough documentation skills to create migration plans, technical specifications, and post-migration reports for reference and future audits and
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and provide regular updates on project progress;
