**The Role**:
We're on a journey to revolutionise our business, and we're looking for someone with a hunger for bringing our vision to life. You will be an integral member of the portfolio and marketing team, contributing to driving profitable growth across our well known and loved brands.
This role will be responsible for driving profitable growth of the Wraps portfolio. Specifically, this role is accountable for the strategic direction and delivery of Helga's wraps and shape the future of growth for the plan. Scope to growing wraps spans across channels (retail and foodservice channels).

**What you'll do**:
- Drive & execute current innovation pipeline for the brand across retail & foodservice
- Develop & shape future innovation plans - leveraging key consumer insights, competitive environment, customer priorities and company capability. Ability to influence from concept all the way to execution (commercials, customer sell-in, packaging, product, etc).
- Drive and execute the communication plans, executing with brilliance in market
- Challenger mindset to driving brand growth in marketing activities. Development and implementation of high impact marketing to drive long & short-term uplifts
- Lead portfolio optimisation to drive incremental profit
**What you need**:
- 4+ years of brand marketing experience gained within the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline - Business, Marketing, Communications highly regarded
- Proven experience in leading cross functional projects
- Experience in leading NPD projects
- commercial acumen highly regarded
- Experience in brand equity, digital, social and Shopper activation campaigns highly regarded
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management
- Excellent management and development of innovation pipeline
- Proficient with MS Office, IRI and Quantium with strong numeracy skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills with genuine passion for the consumer foods industry
