**Job Description**:
The Brand Manager, Digital & Campaigns is responsible for the implementation of TAL’s brand campaigns and initiatives across owned, earned and paid media channels. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Strategy this role actively engages and influences business stakeholders to ensure integrated brand campaigns are implemented to enhance TAL’s brand position in the market.
This fast-paced role leads the day-to-day campaign management, from media optimising through our media agency partner and also works closely with our creative agencies to develop campaign assets for major above the line campaigns and digital content campaign designed to build TAL's reputation in the market.
In this role you will:
- Assist with campaign and communications delivery including go-to-market planning, creative production and execution across traditional and digital channels.
- Liaise with external creative and media agencies to ensure the timely delivery of brand campaigns.
- Conduct campaign monitoring and reporting including making formal recommendations for optimisation and communicating this with the wider organisation.
- Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all brand touchpoints from a visual and content perspective.
- Review the competitive landscape to ensure media recommendations are well considered.
- Manage the creation and governance of the TAL brand corporate merchandise.
- Contribute to internal branding projects to ensure the brand is brought to life for our people.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Retail Sales, Direct Sales, Legal, Compliance and Customer Service.
- Support the Senior Manager, Digital in the development and execution of relevant consumer content for digital and social media channels.
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 3 to 5 years consumer marketing experience in a corporate environment (financial services preferred).
- Experience in briefing and implementing marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
- Experience in managing creative and media agencies.
- The ability to manage and influence key stakeholders across the business.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional project and time management skills and ability to manage multiple competing objectives at the same time.
- Tertiary qualifications in a marketing or related discipline (not essential, but will be highly regarded).
