**About the opportunity**:
The Campaign Data Analyst plays an integral role in bridging the gap between Data Integrity, Finance and the Marketing departments at Super SA. This role will be responsible for analysing our membership base to provide advice on member segmentation and help identify key target groups to send communications regarding products, services and relevant member information. The position will measure campaign engagement and financial impact to determine what has been successful and highlight areas of improvement. This role is vital in providing our members with the most relevant information to their needs, at the best stage in their retirement journey, raising financial literacy for a better life in retirement.

**About you**

You will be a person who thrives in the world of data, facts and figures, has financial acumen and a genuine passion for factual data analysis and reporting. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in marketing and understand the marketing principles and digital channels which is essential to the role.

To be successful, you must address the selection criteria below in a cover letter:

- Strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
- Ability to analyse market research and competitor strategies
- Ability to create reports that clearly articulate achieved results, analysis of trends and recommendations for future activity
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, SQL, Power BI and Excel
- Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

**Remuneration**

ASO5 - $85,790 min - $95,413 max per annum, plus superannuation
