**About the role**:
The Application Analyst is responsible for supporting, implementing, and troubleshooting software for the SIT, UAT and Production environments across supported DA products - namely our Core Banking System and related environments.

The Application Analyst liaises with stakeholders (internal and external) at all levels, and needs to demonstrate effective teamwork, and communication - developing customer confidence in the DA product suite and associated Core Banking products and services.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Supporting our clients and stakeholders in their use of our Core Banking System and customised solutions, providing a broad range of level 1-3 support as required
- Working closely with clients and analysing their service requests to ensure we provide them the solution that best fits their needs
- Assists clients and internal staff troubleshooting, analysis and incident management
- Contributing towards a continuous improvement culture.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Application support experience in complex enterprise environments with multiple interfacing systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong understanding of SQL, stored procedures and database navigation
- A passion for problem solving and strong analytical availability
- Familiarity with programming concepts and the ability to read code
- Experience in understanding customer business requirements and troubleshooting accordingly
- The willingness to participate in a 24/7 on call and upgrade roster.
