**General Office Clerk**

Position: Data Entry, Cleaning & General Duties

We are looking for a good all-rounder, who is a genuine team player.

You will be required to work in the office of a fast growing small/medium Food Manufacturing Facility.

Hours: 9.30am - variable 3 days per week. Mon, Wed & Fri. Also required to cover for Office staff when they are sick or on leave.

The required applicant will have an eye for detail, with very good computer skills.

Customer and Supplier liaison work skills are an advantage but not essential.

Must have high level of English skills, both spoken and written.

Must be presentable with an excellent telephone manner.

Ability to work in a busy environment while remaining calm.

Must have own transport.

Duties Include:

- Data/order entry and processing orders. Attache software knowledge or similar would be an advantage.
- General office duties, cleaning, filing, answering phones & other duties.

Pay Rate: Award Wages/hr.

Schedule:

- Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Start between 7am-9.30am. Varied hours 4-5hrs.
- Will need to be available to fill in for staff on A/L or sick.

Work Eligibility:

- Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (permanent residents)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.09 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- On call

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
