**Job Description - Pick Packer Position**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to packing slips and instructions.
- Check items for quality, damage, or defects before packing.
- Prepare and label cartons, satchels, or pallets for dispatch.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Assist with stocktaking, inventory checks, and replenishment as required.
- Report any issues, shortages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or order fulfilment (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work efficiently and meet daily targets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical fitness - able to lift, carry, and move stock safely.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
