Responsibilities:
1. Hotel Operations Management:

- Oversee the daily operations of two hotels, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction meet company standards.
- Develop and implement hotel operation strategies, optimize cost control, and enhance profitability.
- Supervise various hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and marketing, ensuring coordinated operations.

2. Property development supervision:

- The company runs small to medium size real estate developments. Supervise and manage the work of project management team.
- Monitor project budgets and progress to ensure budget control and maximize revenue.

3. Chamber of Commerce Relations and Business Negotiations:

- Establish and maintain relationships with local and international chambers of commerce to explore business opportunities and enhance the company’s brand influence.
- Participate in chamber events and build a strong network of local business relationships.
- Explore new business opportunities to drive the company’s diversified growth.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations or property project management, with proven team management experience.

3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and clients at all levels.

4. Strong business acumen and the ability to independently handle complex business issues.

5. Fluency in both English and Chinese, with cross-cultural communication skills.

6. With over 10 years of living and working experience in Sydney.
