**Role Purpose**
As a Marketing Executive you are responsible for executing and optimising highly relevant programs, campaigns and offers to Woolworths customers and Everyday Rewards members focused on growing adoption and use of the Woolworths app.

Key areas of focus will be on driving acquisition and retention of customers in the Woolworth App, driving engagement and usage of app features through building on-boarding programs and awareness of app features e.g. lists, recipes etc. You will assist in delivering strong financial returns for the business, whilst providing value to our members, by balancing commercial returns and customer relevancy in every communication.

Your expertise in a variety of direct marketing channels means that you engage our members in the channel that is most relevant for them, with the best possible offer, timed for maximum efficacy
- 12month Fixed Term Contract- In addition you will; _
- Create data driven, direct marketing activities to grow customer value.
- Delivering targeted campaigns and offers, across multiple segments to deliver business objectives which support commercial sales outcomes.
- Develop and manage strong BTL member campaigns through EDM and push notifications to drive App Usage and deliver business objectives.
- Create member offers that are financially viable and fit for purpose.
- Work with broader WooliesX teams to integrate Supermarket campaigns into app communications and campaigns.
- Support ATL campaign execution.
- Utilise insights and leverage loyalty and Ecom team capability to drive world class data driven 1:1 targeted marketing and App Usage.
- Delivers maximum customer value potential through in-depth understanding of customer needs, competitor activity and leading edge customer response tactics.
- Distil information in large datasets in order to identify crucial pieces of information to enhance campaign strategy or campaign execution.
- Work to create efficient end-to-end execution processes, including effective re-use of base elements, to ensure timely market response capability

**What you bring to the role**
- 3+ years experience in Direct/Digital Marketing, Direct Response, CRM, or Data Driven Marketing roles.
- Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.).
- You’re passionate about digital adoption, consumer technology, data and leverage it to drive campaign performance.
- Demonstrable experience in managing highly successful multi-channel direct marketing campaigns.
- Experience in customer lifecycle management, with proven ability to impact customer value.
- Proven experience in developing Test & Learn frameworks, and driving conversion rates across multiple channels.
- Understanding of customer databases and/or complex data sets, including segmentation and clustering.
- Ability to understand consumer experiences and represent the digital consumer within the wider business journey and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ability to identify and prioritise high, medium, low-value opportunities and influencing stakeholders to prove value.
