Surrounded by tree-lined escarpments and stunning panoramic views, Park Proxi Gibraltar Bowral is the perfect location to experience the heart of the Southern Highlands. Conveniently located in the township of Bowral, step into the natural and cultural riches of the region with ancient eucalyptus forests, cascading waterfalls, award-winning wineries, galleries and a thriving food scene of restaurants, cafes and artisan bakers.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced event coordinator who has a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- **Event Planning & Coordination**: Lead the planning and execution of weddings, corporate functions, and private parties, working closely with culinary teams and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
- **Entertainment Management**: Curate live performances and themed nights in collaboration with the Operations Manager to develop entertainment schedules.
- **Guest Satisfaction**: Provide top-tier customer service, addressing guest concerns and continuously improving event experiences based on feedback.
- **Conference & Event Services**: Manage food and beverage services, oversee event budgets, and ensure the flawless operation of all event aspects.
- **Administrative Duties**: Maintain accurate event records, enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), and stay up to date on industry trends.
- **Collaboration**: Work across all departments to ensure successful event delivery.

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Minimum of 1 years experience with wedding coordination desirable
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise completing tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Passionate about the hospitality industry
- Experience with RMS and IVVY (desirable)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
