Park Proxi Gibraltar Bowral, the largest and most innovative hotel in the beautiful Southern Highlands, boasts 78 rooms of luxury accommodation and is the venue of choice for executive retreats, team building, conferences, weddings and unique events.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced event coordinator who has a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Support the quoting, contracting and planning of conference, events and weddings
- Cultivate professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Provide general administrative support to the Events and Front of House Teams
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, which lead to opportunities for repeat business
- Liaising with all Heads of Department regarding event details and requirements such as menus, accommodation, supplies, equipment, event timings and set up, etc.
- Maintaining client databases and records
- Contributing to and supporting the sales & marketing initiatives of the Hotel
- Accurate billing and accounts administration

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience with wedding coordination desirable
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise completing tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Passionate about the hospitality industry
- Experience with RMS and IVVY (desirable)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
